So far I have scanned around 1500 slides with about
3000 to go. It is fast and does a fairly good job of
capturing the photos as they were taken.
Picture quality could be better. I plan on storing the
finished photos on DVDs.
I started with slides that were taken between 1960
and 1976. The next ones were taken from 1977
to 1983. The newer the slides are the better they
scan.
The bottom line is that, this is a good way to preserve
your old slides and it sure beats getting out the old
projector and screen.
I scanned all slides in no time and now it is easy for me to maintain in my computer and share it with friends and relatives.. It offers pretty good results.. This device is just amazing.. Go for it..
I like it!!! I used to use scanners to scan my slides, but this has worked out really well so far. The slides look very nice and I definitely liked the fact that I don’t have to be strapped to my computer to scan all of the slides that I have.
